Founder
30+ years in finance spanning equities, futures, and algorithmic trading. Co-founded Greenmoor Capital in 2007, serving as CEO through its acquisition by Lightspeed Financial in 2011. At GigaTrade, Jeff leads platform development with a focus on next-generation trading infrastructure and seamless onboarding for self-directed traders.
Nathan Semple
Founder
20 years in market making and risk management across multi-asset equity, options, and futures portfolios. Former partner at MW Trading under the Belvedere Trading umbrella. At GigaTrade, Nathan focuses on giving retail and semi-professional traders access to the same execution and risk management tools as professional market makers.
Chuck Palumbo

35+ years in futures markets, beginning on a CME trading floor and progressing through senior management roles in execution, clearing, and risk management at major Futures clearing firms. At GigaTrade, Chuck leads futures product development with a focus on derivatives innovation and client-centered solutions.
Jason Boydman
Chief Operations Officer
20 years in financial derivatives operations across leading Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs). Former Operations Manager of the Managed Services Division at a major derivatives market-making firm's FCM subsidiary. At GigaTrade, Jason oversees pre- and post-trade operations, client services, and trading infrastructure.
